Public Notice
The Village of Fife Lake is accepting applications for a provision center/recreational marihuana facility beginning May 22, 2023, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm daily Monday through Friday. Applications will be accepted at the Village office located at 616 Bates, PO Box 98, Fife Lake MI 49633 in person or by mail. Applications are available on our website www.fifelakevillage.org

GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
CONDITIONAL REZONING APPLICATION AND ZONING MAP AMENDMENT
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Fife Lake Area Planning Commission of Grand Traverse County, Michigan, will
hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, at 6:30 p.m., at the Fife Lake
Township Hall, located at 134 Morgan St., Fife Lake, MI 49633.
At the hearing, the Fife Lake Area Planning Commission will consider Fife Lake Family RV
Resort LLC’s application for the conditional rezoning of property identified as Parcel
Identification Number 41-040-110-00, located at the southeast corner of the US-131 and West
State Street intersection, from R-1 Residential to C-2 Highway Commercial, in order to lawfully
develop a RV park and campground on the property. The conditional rezoning request is subject
to a conditional rezoning agreement.
The Planning Commission will also consider the adoption of Ordinance No. __, which, if
adopted, would amend the zoning map for the Village of Fife Lake.
A copy of the rezoning application is available for review at the Fife Lake Township Hall,
located at 134 Morgan St., Fife Lake, MI 49633 or by contacting the Fife Lake Area Planning
Commission Secretary at fifelakeplanningcommission@gmail.com and will also be available for
inspection at the public hearing.

Such comments can be sent during business hours and will be accepted in person and
electronically up to the date of the hearing. Oral comments may also be made at the public
hearing.
The Fife Lake Area Planning Commission will provide auxiliary aids or services to individuals
with disabilities. Persons needing such services should contact the office of the FLAPC secretary
by writing or calling the secretary not less than four (4) days before the public hearing.
